Our Story
Pilot 2 Work is built on the EddyAI framework—a privacy-first, explainable AI system developed by Pilot Generative AI Ltd. to support human growth across education and employment. Founded in 2023 by Peter Chatwell after 25 years in macroeconomic research and trading, the company was created to redirect the power of generative AI toward social good. Rather than chasing artificial general intelligence, Pilot focuses on building reliable, self-learning tools that help people learn, adapt and thrive.

Pilot 2 Work extends the mission of EddyAI Flow—which supports students in the classroom—into the world of employability. Designed for school leavers and NEET learners, Pilot 2 Work provides tailored guidance through AI models trained on the same principles that underpin MIND: safety, empathy, and deep contextual understanding. It offers support with CVs, job applications, interview preparation, wellbeing, and more—always with the learner’s privacy and agency at the core.
