One-to-One Coaching

Our one-to-one coaching gives you personal support that’s completely focused on you — your goals, your confidence, and your next steps.

You’ll work with a dedicated coach (Eddy Flow ) who listens without judgement and helps you build a plan that fits your life.

Together, you’ll explore where you are now, what’s been holding you back, and what changes you want to make — whether that’s getting into work, finding a course you enjoy, or improving your wellbeing and routine.

Your coach will help you set realistic goals, stay motivated, and celebrate progress along the way. Each session is about building structure and self-belief, so you can take control of your future at your own pace.

Support can happen face-to-face, online, or by phone — whatever feels most comfortable. Every conversation is private, supportive, and focused on helping you move forward with confidence.

Job & Training Opportunities

Finding the right opportunity can feel daunting — but you don’t have to do it alone. Through Pilot 2 Work CIC, you’ll get access to local employers, apprenticeships, and training programmes that are tailored to your skills, interests, and goals.

Your coach will help you explore different pathways — from short courses that build confidence and employability skills, to work placements that give you hands-on experience. We work closely with trusted local employers and training providers, so every opportunity we share is genuine, supportive, and safe.

You’ll also get help with applications, CV writing, and interview preparation, so you can present your best self and feel ready for the next step. Whether you’re looking for part-time work, a full apprenticeship, or a chance to learn new skills, we’ll connect you to opportunities that make sense for you.

Wellbeing & Confidence Support

At Pilot 2 Work CIC, we know that moving forward isn’t just about jobs or training — it’s about feeling ready and supported to take those steps. That’s why wellbeing and confidence are at the heart of everything we do.

Your coach will help you build simple routines, manage stress, and find the right balance between your mental health, recovery, and daily life.

Together, you’ll look at practical ways to stay motivated, set boundaries, and create structure — the kind that helps you feel in control again.

We use digital wellbeing tools like EddyAI FLOW to check in with you regularly and track your progress in a way that’s private and supportive, never intrusive. You’ll always have someone to talk to — whether you’re having a good day or a tough one.

Our aim is to help you rebuild confidence from the inside out, so you can face challenges calmly, celebrate your progress, and keep moving towards work or education feeling stronger, more focused, and supported.

Getting started with Pilot 2 Work CIC is simple, quick, and completely free. You don’t need to have everything figured out — we’ll help you build a plan that makes sense for you.

1️⃣ Get in touch
You can complete our quick online form yourself, or ask your school, college, job centre, or support worker to refer you. Once we’ve received your details, we’ll get in touch to confirm you’re all set. Don’t worry — your information is private and only shared with people who need it to help you access support.

2️⃣ Meet your coach
Within a few days, we’ll arrange an introduction session — either face-to-face, by phone, or online. This is your chance to talk about where you are right now, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’d like to achieve. There’s no pressure — it’s all about listening, understanding, and planning together.

3️⃣ Start your journey
After your first session, you’ll work with your coach to build a personalised plan that focuses on your goals, confidence, and wellbeing. You’ll have regular check-ins to keep you on track, celebrate your wins, and get extra help whenever you need it.

Every step of the way, you’ll know exactly what’s happening, who’s supporting you, and how you’re progressing. Because at Pilot 2 Work, we’re not just about finding jobs — we’re about helping you build a life you’re proud of.
