At Pilot 2 Work CIC, we believe employment is more than a payslip — it’s a pathway to recovery, confidence, and connection.
We don’t just support the typical job seeker; we also aim to work with people who are facing far more than the challenge of finding work. To them it may feel like climbing a Mountain.

We understand the systemic barriers that can prevent someone from building a meaningful career — from untapped potential being overlooked, to employment advice that isn’t tailored to a person’s unique skills or circumstances. Too often, the system fails to see the individual behind the CV.
But for many of the people we meet, these aren’t the only hurdles they face. Every week, we work with individuals who are determined to rebuild their lives after challenges such as addiction, mental health struggles, or long periods out of work.
Where traditional systems often see risk, we see potential.
Our mission is simple: to help people turn recovery into opportunity.
Employment as a Foundation for Recovery
Work provides more than financial stability — it offers routine, self-worth, and a sense of belonging. For someone in recovery, these are the pillars that support lasting change. That’s why we focus on helping individuals find and sustain meaningful employment that aligns with their strengths and personal goals.
Through one-to-one coaching, mentoring, and structured support, participants learn how to:
Rebuild structure and self-belief
Access training and employment pathways
Manage recovery while returning to work
Connect with supportive and inclusive employers
The Power of Partnership
No single organisation can achieve this alone. Pilot 2 Work CIC collaborates closely with local partners, recovery services, and employers to create a joined-up network of support. Together, we make sure that no one is left behind — and that everyone has the chance to contribute their skills to their community.
By working hand-in-hand with employers, we also challenge stigma, demonstrating that lived experience is a strength, not a setback.
Innovation Meets Compassion
What sets our model apart is the way we blend human connection with digital innovation.Using EddyAI FLOW, our digital wellbeing and coaching tool, participants receive daily support — from motivation prompts to progress tracking — providing the scaffolding needed to sustain recovery and growth.
Our approach is built on three core values:
Compassion – meeting people where they are.
Innovation – using technology to enhance real-world impact.
Accountability – empowering individuals to take ownership of their journey.
Turning Recovery Into Opportunity
Every story of progress matters. Whether it’s someone completing training, starting a new job, or simply rediscovering their confidence — these are the milestones that remind us why we do what we do.
At Pilot 2 Work CIC, we’re not just helping people find work — we’re helping them rebuild lives, reconnect with purpose, and redefine what’s possible.
