Who Can Refer?
Referrals are free and can come from professionals, family members, or the young person themselves.
Schools & Colleges
Teachers, SENCOs, careers advisors, and pastoral leads can refer students who would benefit from additional employability or wellbeing support.
Local Authorities & Services
Social workers, youth offending teams, housing officers, and other public-sector professionals supporting young people.
Partner Organisations
Charities, community groups, and voluntary organisations working with young people in Kent and Medway.
Parents & Carers
Family members or guardians who want to connect a young person with coaching, training, or job opportunities.
Self-Referral
Young people aged 16–25 can refer themselves directly. No appointment or professional recommendation needed.

How the Referral Process Works
From first contact to ongoing support — four straightforward steps.
Submit a Referral
Complete our short online referral form. You’ll need the young person’s name, age, contact details, and a brief outline of what support they need. Consent is required before submitting.
We Make Contact
A member of our team will reach out within two working days to introduce ourselves, understand the young person’s situation, and agree a support plan.
Matched to a Programme
Based on their needs and goals, we’ll match them to the right combination of coaching, AI-powered career guidance, job opportunities, and wellbeing support.
Ongoing Support & Updates
The young person receives continuous support from their coach. Referring professionals can stay informed on progress through guided updates, with full consent.

Safeguarding & Data Protection
Every referral is handled in line with our safeguarding policy and UK GDPR. We only collect the information we need, store it securely, and share progress updates only with the consent of the young person. Our team are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding best practice.
